  • Boot Camp and Outdoor Group Fitness course, Level 1 and Advanced 2010 - Motivate to Train

  • Pre and Post Natal Exercise course - Fitnation

  • Certified Punchfit Boxing Trainer 2008 - Punchfit

  • Thump Level 1 & Advanced 'Boxing for Fitness' Instructor Course 2011 - Thump

  • Running for Success training 2017

  • Suspension Training, Crank it Fitness 2017

  • Matwork Pilates course, Studio Pilates 2017

  • Senior First Aid Certificate with current CPR
