Motivating & challenging Group Fitness/Exercise sessions for females, in Berowra and Asquith.

This is a unique opportunity to have a personal training style session with a small group of like-minded females all striving to achieve their own health and fitness goals.

Sessions are mostly held outdoors - covered areas used when raining, surprisingly the weather is kind to us most weeks. Evenings are outdoors during daylight savings and indoors as needed.

Registrations are welcome at anytime during the term.

Individual Personal Training is also available for girls and guys, programs are tailored to suit.
